Preparation

  1. Spaghetti Bolognese preparation
    Season ground meat with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Fry well, and add chopped onions and chopped eggplant. Continue frying and add whole tomatoes, white wine, and water.
  2. Boil spaghetti pasta to desired consistency.
  3. Mix the boiled pasta with the bolognese sauce.
