Sonomono manages just three online shops: sonomono.jp, sonomono Amazon, and sonomono Rakuten. Sonomono products sold at Yahoo Shopping, Mercari, etc., are non-genuine products.

Non-genuine products are likely to have safety issues such as damage and expiration date. We urge our customers to refrain from purchase. Sonomono is not responsible for problems caused by counterfeits and non-authorized retail products.

※Sometimes, we have authorized resellers on Amazon and Rakuten. Please, contact us to confirm if the reseller is authorized.

Finally, some companies sell similar products using our website copyrighted content without our permission or the leaflets enclosed with products. Our company is not responsible for the misleading usage of our information and data by other companies.

About fraudulent or resale purposes orders

We strongly refuse all orders for fraudulent or resale purposes.

Thanks to your preference, sonomono products are widely popular. Unfortunately, the number of fraudulent orders and resales is increasing. These actions cause significant damage to our customers and our reputation. Our company will undertake the due legal measures to punish the people or companies responsible for these transgressions.

We will cancel without prior notice any suspect order that may be linked to fraudulent or for resale purposes.

1. Purchasing products for resale
2. Regardless of the purpose, reselling or attempting to resell products purchased from us or a company that outsources the sale of our products to a third party.
3. Acts of claiming quality assurance, quality control, safety management, transaction safety, other resale transactions, troubles related to resale products, etc. regarding products purchased from us or companies other than our consignment company
4. Acts that require us to return or exchange a resale item.
