As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer’s convenience or change of mind. The only acceptable reasons are product damaged or mistaken.
We take all possible measures to ensure that our products are in perfect condition before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or different product, contact us by e-mail or phone within seven days after the product arrives. Please return it by cash on delivery. We will replace it.
Contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days after your order arrives (the product must be unopened). Please note that after the seven days deadline, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange requests.
In case of return or exchange due to personal reasons, the customer will bear the shipping fee. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, our company will pay the shipping cost of the replacement.
All orders are shipped automatically after confirmation. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations, changes to the order content, or address modification. Please, confirm your order content and delivery address before confirming your order.
