I received a different product than the one I ordered. What should I do?

If you received a product different from your original order, please contact us by email or phone within seven days. We will replace the product.

I would like to return or exchange a product.

Our company does not accept returns or exchanges due to customer’s convenience or change of mind.
The only acceptable reasons are defective/damaged product or wrong product delivery. Please contact us by email or phone within seven days after the product arrives. We will replace the product and give you instructions for returning the mismatched/damaged/defective product.

Can I cancel my order?

Our order delivery is automated. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order is confirmed.
In addition, we are unable to change order product content, or delivery address after the system confirms an order. Therefore, please check your order before check out to prevent setbacks.
