FAQ about Delivery
- How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are delivered 3 to 7 days after confirmation by Japan Post Yu-Packet (are post-mailed). If the messenger can’t leave the order in the post, he will leave it directly at the entrance. If you were absent during delivery, please contact us to send you a contact form to request redelivery.

- Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?
It is impossible to specify the delivery date and time because all orders are delivered directly to the post, not handled to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
- Is there a shipping fee?
■ Customers with a subscription.
All orders delivered as part of a subscription include free shipping.
In addition, you can enjoy free shipping for products different from your monthly subscription by requesting to include them in the same package.
■ Single orders (no regular subscription)
If the total amount is less than 5,400 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is 250 yen (tax included). If the order total is more than 5,400 yen (tax included), the shipping is free.
- I haven’t received the my order. What can I do?
All orders are delivered directly to the post (mailbox) within 2 to 3 days after confirmation. However, there is a delay possibility depending on the area and shipping conditions (storms, floods, Etc.).
If you purchased directly from our online shop, you would receive a confirmation email after successful order placement. If you do not receive a confirmation email, there could be a problem with your order. Please, contact us to verify your order.

- I would like to send it as a gift / present.
You can send our products as gifts. It is possible to order our products and send them to any address within Japan. The person who place the order has to complete the payment, and register the address of the recipient on the order entry screen.
When paying by credit card, please be sure to write “No statement required” in the remarks column. For deferred payment (convenience store / post office payment), the payment form will be sent to the address of the person who placed the order, not the recipient.
