Where is the payment form attached?

In the case of deferred payment, the invoice (payment form) will be delivered with the product.
You can pay at major convenience stores, post offices, and au Simple Payments. Check the payment deadline on the invoice (payment form) and complete the payment as soon as possible.

If the person who placed the order and the recipient are different (different name and address), we will send a sealed letter to the address of the person who placed the order by “Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.” about one week after shipping the product. It is responsibility of the person who receives the payment form to pay before the deadline.

I lost/damaged/filled wrong the payment form. What should I do to receive a reissue?

If you need a new invoice (payment form), please contact Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. directly.

I have a subscription. Is it possible to change the payment method?

You can easily change your payment method on your “My Page”.
If you want to change the payment method from the next delivery, change it at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Changes are accepted considering the next month after the shipping date.

Is it possible to issue a receipt?

[For credit card payment]
The “statement of transaction” (receipt) is enclosed with the product. Please, use it as an invoice.

[For deferred payment]
After paying the transfer handling slip (振込取扱票) you will receive a transfer receipt (振込受領証). Please, use it as an invoice.
