I cancelled my monthly subscription but I want to restart it.

■ Customers who subscribed using the online shop.

Click on the “Resume subscription” button from the “Confirm/change subscription” section of “My Page”.
When resuming subscriptions, we will need to call the customer to confirm the delivery date and payment method. Please fill in the input form with the most convenient time for calling you between 10:00 to 17:00 hrs (only weekdays and working days).
(Example: Request to resume subscription, call me from 10:00 to 15:00 on July 10, 090-1234-5678)

■ Customers who subscribed by phone.
Please contact us by phone. An operator will check your order history and restart your subscription.

I would like to place an order and include the product with the next delivery of my “monthly subscription”.

If you want to include some product in the same package as your scheduled subscription, please contact us by phone or using the ” Inquiry” contact form.
For including additional products in a regular subscription delivery, it is necessary to confirm the order at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

Is it possible to change the payment method during a subscription?

You can easily change the payment method on “My Page.”

If you want to change the payment method from the next delivery, please complete the change procedure at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Please note that changes will be accepted from the next month if the shipping date of the product has passed.

I would like to change the delivery cycle of the “subscription”.

Contact us by toll-free number or the “Inquiry” form to change the delivery cycle.

Please contact us at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery date in order to make it in time for the next delivery.
(On the “Inquiry content input”, specify the “before change/after change” information as follows: order inquiry number, order date, and time)
