Important: Regarding New Year Operations and Temporary Delivery Pause.

As the holiday season approaches, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of our products.

In light of the upcoming holidays, we wanted to inform you in advance about an important update regarding our operations. Our company will be closed during the holiday period, and as a result, all product deliveries will be temporarily paused.

For customers living in Japan, you can purchase online but customer service will be suspended from November 29, 2023, until January 4, 2024.

The last day for delivering orders within Japan will be December 27, 2023. Operations will be restarted from January 4, 2024.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We value your business, and we look forward to serving you with renewed energy and dedication in the coming year.

Warm regards,
The sonomono team
